Strategic Planning
Strategy planning is hard work. It is an evaluation
of the company's relationships with its existing customers,
stockholders, employees combined with senior management's
vision of anticipated changes in its markets, customers,
internal processes, and its employees. It requires an
objective, non-political, unbiased review of the company's
current status and the senior management vision for
the future. It also requires a customer focus, financial
analysis and measurement, review and consideration of
the impacts of new technologies, competitors, and consolidation
activities are taken into consideration and mapped appropriately.
Many companies engage us as strategic planning facilitators
because we are objective, politically neutral; but more
importantly we bring a new perspective which has been
molded by experience with other clients.
