Cash Flow Management
All of the decisions that are made in a business, how the enterprise performs, and the results of customer relationships are reflected in the cash flow statement. When I was a CFO, I learned quickly that “Cash was King” and still is today. But cash flow forecasting is very complex because it encompasses many different sets of variables from accounts receivable, inventory, accounts payable, payroll, and other expenses or capital expenditures that need to be considered. Our Cash Flow Module [CFM], which is a part of VOSS; evaluates these variables and provides a trended cash flow statement, income statement, balance sheet and other detailed accounting relationships for the year.
